Rising star in Endurance, Hugo De Sadeleer joins ADD Management

Teaming experience with talent, ADD Management are proud to welcome Hugo De Sadeleer to their roster of young drivers, as he enters an prosperous part of his career.

At 21 years old, Hugo De Sadeleer has rapidly made a name for himself in the competitive  motorsport arena. Since bursting onto the endurance racing scene last year, he has risen to be one of the most exciting driver prospects despite his young age, earning himself the accolade of “2017 Rookie of the Year” in the European Le Mans Series.

Carving his craft in karting from the age of 12, the Swiss-born driver soon transitioned to single-seaters in 2012 when he contested the Formula BMW Talent Cup. Teaming up with the successful Tech 1 Racing, Hugo made his way through the Formula Renault Eurocup and ALPS series, earning a podium at the historic Pau Grand Prix in only his second weekend behind the wheel. Taking victory at Spa-Francorchamps in 2016, was a taste of things to come for the young Swiss driver as he made the graduation to endurance racing for the 2017 season.

Since taking to the wheel of the LMP2 machinery with United Autosports, Hugo has competed in the European Le Mans Series, 24 Hours of Daytona and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Together with his teammates, Hugo has showcased his natural ability and talent to take a series of victories and podiums which saw the team finish 2nd place in the European Le Mans Series championship.

Proving himself on the world stage in 2018, Hugo has continued his strong run of success, which saw him celebrate 3rd place at 86th running of 24 Hours of Le Mans. Impressing teams and competitors alike in his short time in endurance, Hugo’s career is sure to go from strength to strength.
